Delivery info

UK shipping
We’re proud to say here at Gift Me Up there are no hidden or additional costs as shipping to the UK is free of charge. We will aim to dispatch your order the next working day via Royal Mail 48, with delivery expected between 5 – 7 days (not including weekends)

Worldwide
We have had enquiries from all over the world regarding purchasing a Gift Me Up box, unfortunately, this is not a service we currently offer however please do keep your eyes peeled for changes on this in 2021.

Order amendments
We have a 30 minute window for any order amendments that you would like to make after you place your order. Should you wish to make any amendments to your order (change gift messages, change a shipping address, cancel your order, or request a refund) these changes must be requested within 30 minutes of you placing your order on the website.
